Hey, I'm Nick.

Before Gr(ai)n, I led enterprise strategy for Neurosciences at a major US health system, then worked as an AI Transformation consultant inside Microsoft. After that, I spent the last year fine-tuning the same AI models that are reshaping the future of work — through contracts with Mercor, Micro1, and Turing.

I also bought a public adjusting firm in North Carolina (Tiger Adjusters), and I run a 7-property residential real estate portfolio. Both are real businesses, both run leaner because of AI, and both gave me the receipts I share publicly through Gr(ai)n.
