These terms cover the use of this website and the Gr(ai)n Crew text message program run by Grain Consulting LLC, doing business as Gr(ai)n. Client services are also covered by each client's signed service agreement, which controls if the two differ.

Gr(ai)n Crew text messages

• Program: Gr(ai)n Crew account texts, from Grain Consulting LLC (Gr(ai)n).
• Who gets them: client business owners and the team members they name, each of whom has agreed in writing. We never text our clients' customers.
• What you get: a morning summary of what came in to your business, texts telling you something in your account is waiting for your decision, and a short confirmation after you decide. You answer by replying with a number and a word, for example "1 send" or "2 skip".
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Help: reply HELP, or email nick@gowithgrain.ai.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming it and no more texts after that.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our privacy policy is at gowithgrain.ai/privacy.
