Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Grain Consulting LLC, doing business as Gr(ai)n ("Gr(ai)n", "we", "us"), collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the services we provide to our clients, including Gr(ai)n Crew account text messages.
Who we are
Grain Consulting LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, doing business as Gr(ai)n. You can reach us at nick@gowithgrain.ai.
What we collect
- When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us. Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service, which handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- When you visit this site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell visitor data.
- When you are a client: the contact details of the business owner and any team members the owner names, the records needed to set up and run the service, and, if you agree to texts, your mobile number, your written consent, the texts we send you and your replies.
Your business records
When we install and run our service for a client, the service works inside the client's own accounts and storage (for example their email, phone and file storage) with the client's permission. Those records belong to the client. We access them only to deliver the service the client signed up for, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to market to the client's customers. When a client ends the service, we stop accessing their accounts.
Text messaging
Text messaging. Grain Consulting LLC, doing business as Gr(ai)n, sends account text messages to clients and team members who have agreed in writing to receive them. To do this we collect the mobile number you give us and keep a record of your consent, the texts we send you and your replies. We use this only to deliver the service you signed up for.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider and phone carriers that deliver the texts.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. For help reply HELP or email nick@gowithgrain.ai.

How we use information
- To answer you, book and hold calls, and provide the services you asked for.
- To send account text messages to people who agreed to receive them.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, scheduling service, email provider and text messaging provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Records of text messaging consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as needed to show we honored them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any Gr(ai)n Crew text to stop texts.
- Email nick@gowithgrain.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to what the law requires us to keep.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
